We always receive our all students at the airports of Ukraine and we shall make an arrangement of transportation from the airport to National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. It is advisable to book all flights as soon as possible because the beginning of the academic year is a busy time to travel to Ukraine.
It is compulsory for every student to inform us about his/her flight details because if our representative will not be at the airport to receive a student, the student shall be deported back to the homeland.
Students who got their Ukrainian visa have to inform us about their arrival details so that National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya representative could receive the students at the airport. Please send us the scan copy of the booked ticket. Make sure that you do not need a transit visa at the countries where you have transit connection stops.
Look up the monetary conversion before you go.
Make sure your credit card will work in the country you’re visiting.
Go to a bank or ATM. The conversion centers in the airport or around the city tend to be huge rip-offs. You won’t get charged as many fees at the ATM or the bank, and the conversion will be exact.
Always have local cash. Not every place takes credit cards. Especially important places like trains or buses.
Call your bank or credit card provider. Sometimes banks think that fraud may be occurring if transactions are suddenly happening abroad and they will turn off your card as a security measure.
